As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and landing pages.Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.Utilize marketing automation tools to develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies, recommending innovative approaches to drive engagement and generate leads.Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to stakeholders and management.Qualifications:Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, PPC advertising, and email marketing.Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and marketing automation tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.If you have the drive, passion & energy to be involved in growing a global campus of young professionals, this is for you.
