Joining our team means being part of a company with an unwavering commitment to excellence, where we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, in which every voice is valued and, ideas are encouraged to flourish.Job purpose:As the Sales Operations Supervisor Lead, your role is to lead a sales operations team to achieve both individual and team targets, ensuring TD SYNNEX delivers the highest level of service to our customers at all times.What You'll Do:Responsible for the day to day management of a Sales Operations team, towards all sales related administrative tasks e.g. order processing, quoting.Ensure the sales operations teams are working within any service level agreement as defined by TD SYNNEX and/or the relevant Business Unit, their customers and partners.Drive performance within the team, by setting, measuring and managing against individual and team targetsWork with other departments to identify process improvements and help define, implement and deliver efficiency back into sales and our partnersReport team performance in to the sales management team and develop action plans where improvement is requiredIdentify training needs within the team to support customer specific processes, specialist product training knowledge or system knowledge on a continual basis.Ensure the highest possible quality of service, and manage issues and escalations in a timely manner to ensure early resolutionMaintain regular external contact with our customers and key contacts to ensure service levels are metWhat We're Looking For:Proficiency in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.The ideal candidate would have previous experience in IT Distribution.Analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a timely and effective mannerConstructively work under pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.Willingness to embrace changeExcellent communication skills at all levels of the business (verbal, written and face-to-face)Able to work under limited supervision.Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.Relationship building internally and with customersExperience of working with a CRM systemNumerate with good attention to detailUnderstands Sales and Operations ProcessesExperience of working with SAP would be desirable but not essentialProcess driven & result orientatedExcellent people engagement skillsAdvanced Excel skills including pivot tables, v-look up and macros.If you are ready to join us as the Sales Operations Supervisor and play an instrumental role in shaping the future of technology solutions, apply now and take this amazing opportunity to make your mark in our organization.#LI-MM1Key SkillsAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
