To meet our growing demand in commercial‑focused transformation projects, we are looking for the next generation ofTransformation Managerswith a strong focus on Sales and Commercial Performance Improvement.We are searching for highly motivated, professional, and charismatic transformation leaders capable of driving significant change in our clients’ sales organizations, integrated in our Transformation teams, while also bringing a broad skill set that allows them to contribute to wider operational and business transformation initiatives.Although commercial and sales projects will be a core part of the role, we are not looking for a sales‑exclusive profile. As we continue to grow at a fast pace and serve clients across multiple industries, we need someone truly versatile - able to reshape sales teams and processes, boost commercial performance, and equally to comfortably be involved in supporting transformation efforts across other operational areas in the organizational value chain, through strong leadership, analytical thinking, and people‑focused change management.If you are empathetic, energetic, analytical, and passionate about leading organisations through impactful transformation journeys, you may be the person we are looking for.Your responsibilities:Sales transformationLead and implement performance improvement programs within commercial and sales environmentsRedesign sales processes, operating models, KPIs, governance, and team routinesIdentify commercial growth opportunities and productivity levers across the end‑to‑end sales cycleDrive capability building in sales teams, including coaching, routine reinforcement, and behavioural changeSupport the adoption of CRM tools, pipeline management practices, and sales performance disciplineOperational & Cross‑Functional TransformationContribute to transformation initiatives across various operational areas (supply chain, production, back‑office, customer operations, and others)Identify business‑critical opportunities in innovative, digital, and fast‑paced environmentsSupport the redesign of operational processes, governance models, and performance systemsLead client teams through transformation journeys, ensuring mindset and behaviour evolutionCommunicate progress and insights to client leadership teamsOur requirements:Experience implementing transformational initiatives at the point of execution—preferably with a commercial or sales focusSolid knowledge of sales and operational processes, performance levers, and sales team dynamicsProficiency in business analysis and data‑driven decision makingStrong change management experience, especially in people‑centric transformationAbility to build trust‑based relationships that support a safe and effective transformation environmentExcellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skillsDelivery‑oriented, energetic, analytical, and resilientFluent in Portuguese and professional‑level EnglishAvailability for 100% travel and on‑site presence (no remote work)Minimum of 5 years in transformation implementation experience (preferred)MS Office proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Visio…)We work on our customers' premises, so availability for 100% travel and on-site presence is required – no remote work availableWe are a leading provider of performance improvement solutions that generate accelerated, outstanding results for our clients’ bottom line.
