Job Description:The Chief Administration Office (CAO), manages administrative processes of the entity, supervise and control of cross-processes of IT Group, support and assist the ITG Operational Staff.The Process and Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data within the organization. This role involves monitoring data processes, performing quality checks, and implementing control measures to prevent errors. The officer will collaborate with various departments to maintain data standards and improve data management practices.Within the CAO Office team, mandate will be to manage the operational management on “Source To Pay” (S2P) process such as :Conduct regular reconciliations and audits to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.Implement and monitor data quality metrics.Identify and rectify data quality issues and inconsistencies, ensuring the overall data coherence of the contract tool, while coordinating all necessary updates.Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives.Communicate data quality issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.Recommend and implement improvements to data management processes.Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Monitor the workflow of contract renewals in the contract tool on a daily basisSupport the manager/ordering customer on purchase requestsManage and control derogations for External AssistantsMonitor and control Headcount’s discrepanciesAnticipate departure processCentralize and follow-up access requests and users’ access in the contract tool (e.g. remediation)Technical Skills:Prior professional experience as a data engineer is mandatory (0 - 3 years);Knowledge of MS OFFICE PACK MICROSOFT EXCEL - ExpertLanguage Skills:French – MasteryEnglish - Expert Soft Skills:Critical ThinkingAnalytical AbilityExcellent attention to detailsAbility to understand, explain and support changeClient Focus
