**Process and Quality Officer**
**Job description**:
We’re looking for a **Process & Quality Officer** to join our international team and support operations within the **IT & Administrative Department**. This role focuses on ensuring **data integrity, accuracy, and consistency**, while managing and improving the **Source to Pay (S2P)** process.
- Monitor and reconcile contract and purchasing data
- Support purchase requests and contract renewals
- Control headcount discrepancies and manage user access
- Identify improvements and implement data quality controls

**Required profile**:
You have **0-3 years** of proven experience in the **Data Engineer** field.
You are passionate about data accuracy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, and have initial experience in the Process & Quality Officer profession in the banking and IT services industry.
In order to carry out this assignment successfully, you must be proficient in:
- Technologies: MS OFFICE PACK MICROSOFT EXCEL
- Languages: Fluency in **English** and **French**
