OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant based in Portugal, with strong functional expertise in SAP Finance and proven experience integrating with Ariba and SAP Fieldglass. The consultants will work in a hybrid model, collaborating closely with S/4HANA, Ariba, and cross-functional teams to deliver and support end-to-end financial processes.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support SAP FICO processes to meet business requirements, including integration with Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and other SAP modules such as SD and MM.Collaborate with S/4HANA, Ariba, and technical teams to ensure seamless financial and procurement integrations.Apply service-specific tools, standards, and operational procedures.Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes using standard SAP, S/4HANA, and Ariba functionalities.Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and propose sustainable solutions.Maintain and update SAP documentation and contribute to the centralized knowledge base.Prepare clear functional and technical specifications for the ABAP development team.Support and coordinate configuration changes impacting other SAP modules or systems, including end-to-end testing.Work in compliance with agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.Provide knowledge transfer and training to global and local teams.Be available for limited on-site presence (2 days per week) and occasional travel if required.
