We are currently looking for
Senior SAP Financial Consultants
for a client based in Portugal. Candidates are required to be fluent in
Portuguese
language.
Location:
Remote (Portugal-based candidates preferred)

Portuguese (Fluent), English (Working proficiency)

6 months + likely extensions (project duration: 3 years)

Project Overview:
We are supporting a major long-term SAP initiative for a leading
telecommunications company in Portugal
. The program is expected to span 3 years and will begin in July 2025. Our client is seeking
three experienced SAP FICO consultants
to join the project team.
Scope:
Lead and execute
SAP FICO functional design
and configuration activities
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define end-to-end solutions
Handle
core Finance (FI)
and
Controlling (CO)
modules, including:
GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Perform integration with other modules (e.g. MM, SD)
Support testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
Ensure compliance with Portuguese financial and tax regulations
Work
independently and proactively
, taking full ownership of assigned areas
Skills:
Minimum
6 years of experience
in SAP FICO implementations and rollouts
Proven experience with
SAP FICO design, configuration, and support
Strong understanding of
Portuguese localization and fiscal requirements
Experience in
telecommunications
industry projects is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work remotely while maintaining strong delivery and coordination
