We need someone who can seamlessly shift between hands-on SAP FI configuration and project leadership—one moment troubleshooting technical issues, the next coordinating vendors or presenting to finance leadership.You'll spend: 50% on technical SAP FI configuration | 25% managing vendors & project coordination | 25% on requirements gathering & stakeholder managementAbout Our ClientOur Client is a global organization with complex commercial and manufacturing operations across multiple regions. The company places strong emphasis on cybersecurity, operational resilience, and data protection, operating in a mature, well-structured enterprise IT environment. Must-HavesTechnical Expertise:8+ years hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations in a lead technical roleAbility to independently troubleshoot complex issues and deliver quality solutionsProject & Business Skills:Proven experience managing vendor relationships and holding partners accountableTrack record gathering requirements from finance stakeholders (from accountants to CFOs)Ability to translate business processes into technical SAP configurationsStrong presentation skills—comfortable explaining technical concepts to C-levelMaturity:You don't need hand-holding—you independently own both technical and business aspectsComfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisionsNatural leadership presence with both technical teams and business stakeholders Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure SAP FI modules and design integrations with CO, MM, SDLead coordination with external implementation vendors and partnersFacilitate requirements workshops and document business processesReview vendor deliverables and manage project timelinesPresent solutions to senior management and build stakeholder relationshipsMentor junior team members and ensure quality standardsNice-to-HavesS/4HANA Finance migration experiencePMP or PRINCE2 certificationMultiple industry verticals experienceGerman language skills  What We Offer (via Optiveum Poland)B2B contract with Optiveum PolandMonthly compensation up to 6,000 EURLong-term cooperation with a stable international organizationExposure to global finance, data, and ERP initiativesFully remote work with international stakeholders
