The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.Neotalent, the responsive people.Find out more about us at www.neotalent.pt.Role Overview:We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join a leading global financial institution recognized for its strong digital transformation, extensive customer base, and commitment to innovation, delivering comprehensive banking services with a focus on customer experience and sustainable growth.What you will do:You will be responsible for leading a team of integration engineers in developing Microservices and API components, removing impediments, and managing cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery. You will track commitments, provide clear communication to stakeholders, and coach teams to enhance collaboration and drive continuous improvement.What you are like:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;At least 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role;Good general understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested, deployed, and delivered to customers;Experience with API design principles and best practices (RESTful APIs, OpenAPI Specs);Strong understanding of delivery and go-to-market methods and metrics;At least 2 years of experience working in the engineering organization of a product company using common Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP);Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Why join usWork on challenging projects for big clients;Learn more about emerging technologies;Possibility of working remotely;Design your career plan;Access to continuous training and certifications;Evolve through our internal mobility program;… and much more
