Integration Specialist

**WHAT YOU DO**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Integration Solution Design, Development and Implementation
- Utilize integration technical knowledge and experience during the planning, execution, and management of integration projects.
- Meet with clients, prospects and other stakeholders to explain and demonstrate the integration capabilities of Equus products.
- Identify opportunities to use integrations to enhance our client business processes and value received from our products
- Collaborate with Equus and client teams to gather requirements and plan integration solutions that meet client needs and are technically achievable.
- Use our documented feature development process to build, configure and test integration solutions.
- Leverage internal and third-party software to extend our technical integration capabilities.
- Deploy integration solutions in our hosted environment for clients using our architectural principles, policies, and guidelines.

Operational and Process Support
- Lead problem determination and resolution efforts when operational issues with integration solutions arise.
- Utilize reporting, logging, and monitoring systems to provide proactive operational support in our hosted environments.
- Be aware of and involved in product development efforts related to our integration capabilities.
- Identify common patterns and document best practices for integration and maintain that documentation as capabilities evolve.
- Continually develop skills in the integration technologies in place, as well as staying informed on new developments in integration technology.
