We are looking for a commercially driven and proactive Business Development professional with experience in the staffing and recruitment industry in Portugal.
The ideal candidate is a true hunter profile with an existing network and proven ability to open new clients, generate business opportunities, and expand market presence. This role is focused on new business acquisition, rather than account management or client servicing.

- New client acquisition
- Opening and developing new accounts
- Building a strong commercial pipeline
- Networking and market mapping
- Generating staffing and recruitment opportunities
- Developing long-term business partnerships
- Representing the company in the Portuguese mark
Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, building relationships with decision-makers, and identifying staffing opportunities across the Portuguese market?
