We collaborate with clients to drive innovation, ensuring project success and business growth.DECSKILL BOOST: Equipping our team with the latest tools and methodologies, we optimize Time-to-Market and deliver innovative solutions exceeding client expectations.DECSKILL CONNECT: Our team collaborates closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value.At Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress.We are looking for an IT Controls OfficerResponsabilities:Design controls:Design process to perform operational IT controls regarding specific IT/Cyber topics (IAM, data security…)Design process to perform specific controls following regulators (e.g.: Italian, Swiss) requirementsEnsure the validation of designed controls by the relevant managementShare designed controls to the control owners (Group Controls Plan analyst) and support them if neededFollow the implementation and the execution of controls within entities of the GroupControls management:Analyze, classify and consolidate IT controls within entities of the Group.Participate to the annual review of controls.Collect incidents regarding controls executionFollow the control roadmap on each IT theme across all entitiesFollow internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal & regulatory (Italian & Swiss) requirementsPrepare response, with relevant stakeholders, for requests from regulators, internal and external audit and LOD2. Controls reportingGather feedbacks from controls ownerShare the entities non-compliance control level.Follow remediation action plansPerform a regular reporting to the top management Requirements:Control (Ability to verify operations, ensure that the procedures are being followed…).Risk monitoring (knowledge in risk management: ability to identify, alert and suggest remediation) and Risk analysis (ability to anticipate/analyze threats and create risk scenario).Regulatory (general knowledge in IT and cybersecurity regulators framework) and Compliance knowledge (global knowledge of compliance, its major processes or regulatory framework)".IT knowledge (global knowledge of IT, its major processes and assets & solutions) and Cybersecurity (general knowledge in cybersecurity risks, frameworks and requirements). Internal audit knowledge (knowledge of the audit process and methodology).Professional Ethics.
