We are looking for an IT Controls Officer Responsabilities: Design controls: Design process to perform operational IT controls regarding specific IT/Cyber topics (IAM, data security…) Design process to perform specific controls following regulators (e.g.: Italian, Swiss) requirements Ensure the validation of designed controls by the relevant management Share designed controls to the control owners (Group Controls Plan analyst) and support them if needed Follow the implementation and the execution of controls within entities of the Group Controls management: Analyze, classify and consolidate IT controls within entities of the Group. Participate to the annual review of controls. Collect incidents regarding controls execution Follow the control roadmap on each IT theme across all entities Follow internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal & regulatory (Italian & Swiss) requirements Prepare response, with relevant stakeholders, for requests from regulators, internal and external audit and LOD2. Controls reporting Gather feedbacks from controls owner Share the entities non-compliance control level. Follow remediation action plans Perform a regular reporting to the top management Requirements : Control (Ability to verify operations, ensure that the procedures are being followed…). Risk monitoring (knowledge in risk management: ability to identify, alert and suggest remediation) and Risk analysis (ability to anticipate/analyze threats and create risk scenario). Regulatory (general knowledge in IT and cybersecurity regulators framework) and Compliance knowledge (global knowledge of compliance, its major processes or regulatory framework)". IT knowledge (global knowledge of IT, its major processes and assets & solutions) and Cybersecurity (general knowledge in cybersecurity risks, frameworks and requirements). Internal audit knowledge (knowledge of the audit process and methodology). Professional Ethics. Good communication skills.
