WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a IoT/ Embedded Firmware Engineer who will be responsible for all technical aspect of our products throughout the production life cycle. YOU WILL BEDeveloping high-performing and reliable firmware for embedded systems using microcontrollers, sensors and analog/digital interface circuitsWorking with hardware engineering in developing future products, including recommendations on new technologies and design best practicesCoordinating the definition of architecture conceptsCollaborating with multidisciplinary teamsEnsuring compliance with regulationsKeeping up with technological advancementsEngaging in lifelong learning, attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skillsFostering a culture of continuous improvement in the organizationManaging projectsMentoring other members REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor / Master degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalentOver five (5) years of experience developing embedded systemsFamiliar with microcontrollers and/or microprocessorsProficiency on firmware programming languages such as C or C++Experience working with Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS)Experience with Zephyr RTOs is a plusExperience with communication protocols: MQTT, Ethernet, I2C, RS232, RS485, SPIExperience with ARM, ESP32, and/or Silicon Labs technologies highly valuedExperience with Cybersecurity implementation for embedded systems (encryption, certificate management)Executing code reviews and documentationExperience with project budgeting, cost estimating and schedulingCreative, proactive and a team playerStrong interpersonal skills and driveExcellent communication skillFluency in English
