We are currently recruiting an experienced Cyberculture Project Manager to join an international and strategic cybersecurity programme within a leading financial services environment.This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, IT risk management and digital fraud prevention, with a strong focus on awareness, governance and phishing simulation programmes across multiple international entities.About the roleAs Cyberculture Project Manager, you will play a key role in designing, coordinating and delivering global phishing simulation campaigns, ensuring platform interoperability, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement of cybersecurity awareness across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate phishing simulation campaigns across multiple international entitiesEnsure interoperability of the phishing platform with existing IT systemsOwn and manage the global phishing campaign calendarPrepare, execute and monitor phishing simulationsProvide training and support to local cyberculture correspondentsAct as the main point of contact with the phishing solution providerPropose new cyber awareness initiatives and methodologiesProduce reporting and performance indicators on campaign effectivenessTechnical RequirementsSolid knowledge of IT and information securityExperience in regulated environments and security governance frameworksAbility to understand IT systems, data and cybersecurity risksExperience in cybersecurity, IT risk, compliance or governance projects is highly valuedLanguagesFluent EnglishFluent FrenchSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical and structured mindsetProject management capabilitiesAbility to influence and drive changeAutonomous, proactive and results-oriented
