Walleu is a fast-growing European e-commerce brand specialized in acoustic decorative wall panels. We operate across multiple European markets with localized stores and are building a strong brand driven by content, creators, and performance.We believe great content builds great brands — and that’s where you come in.This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You will own how Walleu shows up on social media and how we work with UGC creators and influencers to drive both brand and sales.If you enjoy creators, content that converts, and fast-moving e-commerce environments, this role is for you.What you’ll doHelp create, manage, and scale content for Walleu’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).Find, onboard, and manage UGC creators and influencers across different European markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.Coordinate briefs, deliverables, timelines, and content usage rights.Collect, review, and organize creator content for organic posts and paid ads.Work closely with the marketing and paid media team to turn UGC into performance assets.Track content performance and help optimize future creator collaborations.This role is for you if you:Have more than 3 years of experience working with social media, UGC or influencers (e-commerce experience is a big plus).Understand what makes content perform on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.Are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple creators at once.Have a strong eye for content, storytelling, and trends.Are fluent in English (Spanish, Portuguese, French or German are a plus).Prefer execution and ownership over big-company bureaucracy.What we offerA high-impact role in a growing international brand.Real ownership and creative freedom.Direct exposure to multiple European markets.Fast learning curve across content, creators, brand, and performance marketing.Competitive compensation based on experience.
