We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced HR Executive to coordinate the Employee Relations Operational Area for Resort Hotels.The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.Key ResponsibilitiesFocuses on building positive employer-employee connections through fair practicesClear communication, conflict resolution (grievances, investigations), Fostering engagement and creating a supportive culture for higher loyalty and productivity,Drive initiatives/policies and procedures, to promote a culture where employees feel valued, and heard (individual & collective voice) impacting directly on business success.Key RequirementsFluency in both English and Portuguese.A degree in Human Resources is preferential Proven experience in Employee Relations and Well being, ideally within hospitality or service industriesCreative Skills (imagination, different perspectives, joyful aproach) Strong communication skillsProactive, Hands On and detail-oriented approachAbility to work autonomously in a multicultural environment,Availability for frequent travelIf your profile matches this description and you are eager for a new challenge please send us your CV .
