Pestana's HR Director | Talent Management, Hotels, Africa & Portugal We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Specialist to join the Human Resources Operations – Resorts team. The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents. Key Responsibilities Conduct operational training needs analysis. Coordinate and implement an operational training plan in alignment with the Group’s learning strategy and local business priorities. Design, organise, and facilitate in‑person training sessions for operational teams. Manage relationships with training providers and oversee administrative processes (contracts, attendance, reporting). Monitor learning KPIs (training hours, participation rate, completion rate) and report progress. Support hotel openings and transformation projects within operations. Key Requirements Fluency in both English and Portuguese. A degree in Human Resources or Education. Proven experience delivering and facilitating training sessions, ideally within hospitality or service industries. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills across different levels of the organisation. Proactive, hands‑on and detail‑oriented approach.
