Our portfolio includes category-leading brands such as Paybyrd, KuantoKusta, 360Hyper, Gigo, and Post77, collectively generating strong double-digit growth and international expansion.We operate with the ambition of building one of Europe’s most sophisticated entrepreneurial groups — combining scale, speed, and disciplined financial governance.The RoleWe are looking for a Group Financial Controller to take ownership of accounting, consolidation, and tax compliance across our Dutch holding and portfolio structure.This role blends hands-on financial control with strategic oversight — ensuring our books are impeccable, our reports are timely, and our decision-making is data-driven.You’ll be the financial backbone connecting the holding company, portfolio finance teams, and external advisors in the Netherlands and abroad.Key Responsibilities📘 Financial Control & BookkeepingMaintain accurate accounting records for LSIG (Netherlands)Manage weekly bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactionsOversee monthly closings and general ledger integrity💼 Consolidation & ReportingConsolidate monthly financials across all portfolio companies (Dutch & international)Prepare group-level P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow overviewsDevelop and maintain a monthly financial dashboard for management and investors📊 Compliance & TaxCoordinate Dutch VAT (BTW), corporate tax (VPB), and dividend withholding filings with local advisorsEnsure compliance with Dutch GAAP (and IFRS where applicable)Support preparation of annual statutory accounts and liaise with auditors🏦 Treasury & Cashflow ManagementMonitor group liquidity, intercompany loans, and dividend flowsAssist with banking relationships, capital flows, and investment transactions🤝 Coordination & GovernanceAct as the link between the portfolio CFOs and the Group CFO/CEOEstablish consistent accounting policies and reporting templates across entitiesManage relationships with tax advisors, accountants, and audit firms in the Netherlands and abroadWho You AreBachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration5–10 years’ experience in accounting or controlling (audit, investment, or holding structure experience is a plus)Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and tax complianceProficient with ODOO, Exact Online, Xero, Twinfield, or similarExperience with multi-entity consolidation (Fathom, LucaNet, or Excel-based)Fluent in English, with working proficiency in DutchAnalytical, structured, and detail-oriented — but comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environmentWhy Join UsDirect exposure to a portfolio of high-growth companies across EuropeEntrepreneurial environment with autonomy and influence at group levelOpportunity to build the financial backbone of a fast-expanding investment groupCompetitive compensation and flexibility (hybrid or part-time options)Work closely with visionary founders and executives shaping the future of commerce, fintech, and AIReady to shape the financial future of a world-class holding group?
