Committed to sustainability (Ecovadis Gold), diversity (gender index: 92%), and quality of work life (Best Workplace Experience), Quanteam is a forward-thinking enterprise.🚀 Our ExpertiseWith a dual expertise in both business and IT, Quanteam supports its corporate clients (investment banks, asset management companies, private and retail banks, custodians, etc.) across the entire Front-to-Back spectrum in evolving their business activities and transformation projects.Our teams are organized into 5 expertise areas:➡ Quantitative Finance➡ Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory➡ Operations and Finance➡ Transformation and Organization➡ Information SystemsIn 2023, Quanteam generated a revenue of €74.6 million.🔎 We are looking for a Structured Credit Middle Officer.Main Tasks:Monitor the portfolio and liaise with multiple stakeholders: clients, lawyers, Back Office, Risk, Finance, Tax, Legal Affairs, ALM.Support Front Office upstream of deal documentation signatures; provide technical and legal assistance during negotiations.Analyze financing contracts to extract relevant data for Back Office encoding and reporting.Follow up on drawdowns, facility renewals, early repayments, insurance, and sub-participations.Track events throughout the deal lifecycle (amendments, shareholder changes, acquisitions).Ensure all transactions comply with the company rules: accounting, regulatory, legal, ALM.Main Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of Structured Credit Products: deals, facilities, outstanding amounts, interest calculations, fees, renewals, maturities.Experience in monitoring financial operations throughout their lifecycle.Proficiency with banking systems, Excel, and reporting tools.Understanding of accounting, regulatory, and ALM rules.Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).📍 Hybrid Role in Lisbon🚀If you feel this opportunity is for you, send your CV and join our team
