What are your responsibilities? Manage legal claims with various entities together with lawyers, solicitors and national enforcement authoritiesBe the connection between the legal department of the airline and its customers,Manage their concerns and offer the best service for customers with claims, e.g.
E.g. – lost luggage / damaged luggage / travel problems / canceled flights / delays etc.Understand your client's unique situation and continue to treat and monitor their legal claimsCheck that carriers treat all passengers according to their rights Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl.
meal allowance) : 1283€ gross x 12 months or €1100 gross x 14 months,up to €175 gross performance bonus,20 €/month – Transport allowance€7.23 NET/day meal voucher What do we offer?
