Qual será a tua missão?


Como Consultant Engineering & Industry serás reponsável por assegurar a gestão comercial da tua área de especialização, nomeadamente através do incremento da quota de mercado e da rentabilidade.

Dar seguimento às ações comerciais e das necessidades dos clientes. Com a missão diária de dar resposta aos processo de recrutamento e seleção. Contribuir para ser a solução de necessidades de recursos humanos em parceria com a nossa carteira de clientes. Ser o verdadeiro parceiro de negócio.

O que te fará triunfar nesta posição?

Orientação para o cliente:

Colocar o cliente no centro da sua atividade, assegurando a compreensão das suas reais necessidades e a execução do serviço de acordo com elevados padrões de qualidade.


Orientação comercial:
Identificar oportunidades de negócio, tendo em consideração o ambiente económico e a diferenciação face à concorrência. Procurar ativamente e entusiasticamente novos desafios.

Relacionamento interpessoal:
Revelar interesse e compreensão pelos outros, trabalhando eficazmente com indivíduos e equipas, clientes e colaboradores. Reconhecer a contribuição dos colegas e construir espírito de equipa.

Capacidade de adaptação e resistência à pressão: Lidar eficazmente com elevados níveis de pressão, mantendo uma postura positiva perante as dificuldades. Adaptar-se às alterações ocorridas, reagindo construtivamente e encontrando nos erros oportunidades de aprendizagem.

Espírito de iniciativa e capacidade de decisão: Iniciar proactivamente a ação, tomando decisões assertivas e assumindo os riscos e as responsabilidades inerentes a essas decisões. Estruturar as tarefas e definição dos papéis, exigindo e motivando a equipa para o cumprimento dos objetivos estabelecidos.
