Manager Process Engineering (m/f) - Lisbon

Sysmatch is an IT Consultancy and Outsourcing Company with a wide range of technological skills, resulting from the accumulation of know-how and the experience of our consultants, allowing the implementation of solutions adapted to the needs of our clients, privileging their robustness and scalability.
More than two decades in the IT market, we present ourselves as a flexible, adaptable, innovative and forward-looking Company.
At the moment we are looking for the following candidate:

Manager Process Engineering (m/f) - Lisbon

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related domains;
- 10+ years' experience on software engineer, and initial experiences as an engineering manager;
- Consolidated experience and know-how in middleware related technologies (e.g. API Management - Gateways, Orchestration, Governance and Documentation - Streaming, Messaging, Application Servers, Microservice Architecture and related Patterns, etc.);
- Experience in the area of Business process management (BPM) and Business rule engine (BRE);
- Platform Engineering knowledge/experience is a plus;
- Understanding of software development processes;
- Passionate about agile values, people and technology;
- Passion to shape high performing development teams;
- Good level of English.
