Our
Local IT Department is looking for a
IT Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal).

The Main missions:

  • Recording occurrences in order to maintain control on the quality of support;
  • Management and resolution of Incidents and Requests through ticketing tools;
  • Support in the elaboration of technical processes and respective documentation;

Skills and Know-how:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • Willing to join a multidisciplinary team;
  • Ability to communicate in English.
