As the Regional Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading & coaching the senior team across multiple sites and with multiple lines of business (400+ FTEs).


Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Global Team, and follow the direction that is to be communicated on performance & strategy both internally and client.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify key priorities and opportunities to resolve customer operations process issues.
  • Create annual budgets, review budgets, and deliver midmonth and actual forecasts on both revenue & cost.
  • Lead and coach a senior team across multiple sites and with multiple lines of business (400+ FTEs).
  • Own and deliver against client commercial and operational budgets, ensuring the continued financial viability of operational units.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key areas of the business and externally. Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships and business development between key business partners both within and external to the company.
  • Report financial health, cost management, performance, and business plan progress to the Global Team, via weekly reporting and MBRs.

Targeted Qualifications:

  • Fluency level of.
- of manager working experience, preferably from a / or similar

  • Knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and supplier responsibility.
  • Be familiar with the relevant reporting and support systems, both internal and external.
  • Ability to travel (both EU and Non-EU countries).
  • Experience managing multiple sites.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with the Company's Policies and Business Code of Conduct as well as Clients.
  • Specific NDA and requirements (CCSR, SR, Ops Manual etc).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and wellstructured.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues.
