**Job description**:
The AI Factory is dedicated to advancing our management software through AI innovation. Our primary goal is to seamlessly integrate AI features into our product line, either by enhancing functionality and user experience or by recreating user workflows to take full advantage of AI technology.

**The challenge we have for you**:
As the Tech Lead for this AI Team, you will be a key technical leader responsible for driving the technical direction of the team. This role involves making architectural decisions, leading the implementation of complex systems, and providing mentorship to junior team members. Your expertise in containerization, microservices, ML Ops, and data management will be essential in shaping the success of our projects.

**You will be responsible for**:
**Technical Leadership**:

- Provide strong technical leadership to the Generative AI Team, guiding the team in architectural decisions and best practices.

**Architecture and Design**:

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and high-performance systems for Generative AI projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall technical architecture.

**Mentorship and Development**:

- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards.

**ML Ops and Data Management**:

- Bring expertise in ML Ops practices to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and management of Generative AI models.
- Collaborate with data engineers on ETL/ELT processes and data management strategies.

**Containerization and Cloud (Azure)**:

- Utilize containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes) to build and deploy microservices.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in technical leadership roles, with a focus on AI/ML or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Expertise in containerization, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of ML Ops practices and tools.
- Experience with data management, including ETL and ELT processes.
- Previous experience with the Azure stack is highly preferred.
