**Job description**:
**The challenge we have for you**
- Monitoring alerts management, according procedures and defined processes
- Incident management: detection through monitoring tools, troubleshooting, resolution or L2 escalation.
- Contribution to service improvements: existing documentation updates and / or new creation

**Profile**:

- Motivation to learn and to grow in the Cegid organization.
- Any previous experience in the following technologies will be a plus: Citrix, IIS, Linux, Microsoft Azure, Scrum, SQL, Oracle, VMware, Windows Server.
- Proactive and willing to work with multiple technologies and platforms.
- Good attitude and communication skills.
- Good English professional speaking is required. French is a plus.
