**Job description**:
The challenge we have for you is to be part of the Information System team in Internal IT, with the mission of ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction regarding the tools and services provided by Cegid.

**The challenges we have for you**
- Manage Service Desk tickets, including their creation, cataloging, assignment, diagnosis, and escalation, ensuring quality record keeping, follow-up, and compliance with SLAs.
- Perform prevention and system maintenance tasks.
- Document processes.

**Profile**:

- Academic background in management informatics or a similar field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in 1st line support (Service Desk).
- Knowledge of ERP solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and Windows Server.
- Spanish (nice to have).
- Intermediate level of English.
