O que esperamos de ti

  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com o manager da área para desenvolver estratégias para uma melhor eficiência da operação;
  • Conduzir a elaboração e execução dos planos estratégicos e operacionais, garantindo o seu desenvolvimento, crescimento e continuidade;
  • Ajudar na elaboração e implementação de políticas e processos relativos à mobilidade;
  • Gerir e coordenar a contratação de fornecedores;
  • Gestão de contratos e da relação com stakeholders;
  • Identificar oportunidades melhoria, avaliar a viabilidade e fazer recomendações, visando garantir o retorno adequado;
  • Elaborar e garantir a execução do Budget anual;
  • Analisar e identificar oportunidades de otimização da operação;
  • Definição e controlo de KPIs.

Quem procuramos

  • Formação em Gestão, Economia, Engenharia ou similar;
  • Capacidade analítica, business planning e avaliação de novas metodologias;
  • Excelentes capacidades de organização;
  • Sólidas capacidades de negociação para lidar com sucesso com compras e contratos;
  • Competências ao nível da gestão de tempo, organização e forte capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Utilizador avançado de ferramentas Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) e PowerBI;
  • Experiência prévia em consultoria, logística ou procurement.
