This role involves creating and managing communication materials, developing training content, and leading marketing campaigns to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Your mission will be...

  • Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns for the Suite of Applications.
  • Create and manage communication materials, including newsletters, blog posts, social media content, and product announcements.
  • Develop and update training materials, including user guides, tutorials, training videos and learning nuggets.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to ensure marketing and training materials align with product features.
  • Support the organization and execution of webinars, workshops, and other training events.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various communication channels.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and training programs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing and training materials.

We are looking for someone with...

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or training roles, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools (e.g., SEO, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about new products and technologies.
