Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services.

With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

As Communications Manager, you play an important role in building our reputation, increase employee engagement and support strategic communication with Nokia Mobile Networks' key suppliers.


What you will learn and contribute to


You'll be in charge to develop and drive the internal, external and supplier communication within our team of Strategic Sourcing.


Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive internal, external and supplier communication in close collaboration with key stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
  • Create and execute engaging communication campaigns and roadmaps from creative ideation until evaluation.
  • Content creation to a diverse audience in different formats including presentations, all hands calls, corporate communication, podcasts and social media posts.
  • Drive external supplier communication including the creation and maintenance of guidelines and frameworks in close collaboration with the Supplier Relationship Management team.
  • Coordinate and develop our social media presence.
  • Support crossfunctional projects and programs with their communication needs.
  • Provide guidance on effective communication including proofreading and editing tasks.
  • Lead and support People & Culture initiatives including wellbeing programs and organizational design projects with the aim of creating a strong people culture across the team.
  • Provide change management support for strategic projects.
  • Contribute to the creation of corporate events for Clevel audiences.
  • Support senior stakeholders in with their communication needs including speech writing and presentation creation, and provide consultancy for different stakeholders within the management team.

Your skills and experience

  • Master's degree with minimum of 5 years experience in corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated experience producing organizationwide communications and communication strategies.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to include experience with developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading.
  • Creativity, openness and agility together with an eye for detail and the ability to manage several projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong networking skills in an international environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and successful management of organizational change management projects.
  • Fluency in English.
