Customers may include managers, HRBPs, and business learning admins.

The Analyst will provide 'Tier 2' support in resolving escalated inquiries and complex transaction requests from our 'Tier 1' BT Service Desk.


Main responsibilities

Primary activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize HR case management and knowledge management system to obtain resolutions and document/track cases.
  • Research and analyze data and information, navigate multiple systems, resources, and tools to investigate and provide accurate answers.
  • Cross train in more than one specialty function to ensure backup support for other team members.
  • Partner proactively with Tier 1 centralized team to provide guidance and coaching; identify when additional training or knowledge is needed to prevent escalations.
  • Recommend changes or updates to HR Portal content to enable better selfservice support.
  • Participate on special assignments or teams as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • At least two years of related work experience, e.g., Learning Administration, Human Resources, Shared Services, or customer care.
  • Advanced specialized knowledge in one or more areas of concentration e.g., Learning, HR operational process/process improvement,
  • Excellent applied judgment and professionalism.
  • Exceptional oral and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with ongoing technology and process changes.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adjusting to new ways of working.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with key partner groups.
