More than 30% of the food produced is wasted. We are on a mission to change that


Our app connecting businesses with unsold food, and consumers willing to buy at a discounted rate has grown since 2016 to become the biggest in Europe, with over 70 million users, and more than 190 million meals saved.


Your Mission


Reporting to the Partner Growth Team Lead, you are the
main point of contact for our partner stores and work closely with them resolving issues and improving performance.

You'll ensure our partner stores have everything they need to succeed and work strategically to increase supply, improve performance and optimise store retention.

In this position, you'll act as an important
"voice of our partners" - understanding their needs and motivations and communicating those to the internal teams, as well as analysing data to identify opportunities for optimisation and issues that might need to be solved to help us grow our mission

Your Role
-
Improve the efficiency of our high impact stores in saving food waste and make sure
they save all their unsold items by ensuring their optimum performance and satisfaction;
-
Work closely together with our internal sales to develop in-depth knowledge of our partners and use this knowledge to act as the guardian of the store journey and the overall store experience;

  • Create clear engagement communications and strategies, consistent with our brand tone of voice;
  • Use data analysis to identify churn risks and supply opportunities, create plans to implement these and action them;
  • Develop indepth knowledge of how Too Good To Go works and use this expert knowledge to assist the wider internal team.

We Need
-
Good experience in a client facing role, such as B2B Customer Service or Sales with experience in cross-selling and up-selling;

  • Terrific communicators with the ability to effectively and quickly
    connect with partners over the phone. You love to speak by phone, and you don't get bored with that
  • You are
    fully proficient in Portuguese and in English;
  • Skills in using
    MS Excel and Google Sheets. It is a big plus;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
