Credit & Collections Specialist with Italian

Tasks

In your day-to-day:

  • You will handle the collection of receivables by working closely with the customers and other finance teams
  • You will resolve cases of nonpayment (root cause analysis)
  • You will follow up on overdue invoices with customers, collection agencies and end consumers
  • You will manage customer relationships
  • You will regularly assess & review the credit risk of the customer
  • You will support the implementation of ongoing projects for Credit and Collections
  • You will ensure the lowest possible writeoff for uncollectible balances

Requirements:

You're the person we're looking for if:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • You're fluent in Italian and English
  • You have a good Financial Acumen
  • You have experience with SAP
  • You're detailoriented and resultsdriven
  • You have great problemsolving and analytical skills
  • You have a theoretical understanding of Credit and Collections
  • You're available to travel when requested
