Embracing applications for the position of Content Reviewer – Process Associate – English – On Site Lisbon

In this role, you are entrusted with the vital task of upholding digital safety across global communities

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and stay abreast of content policies and guidelines provided by the customer
  • Analyze online videos, social media, web pages, and advertising content for adherence
  • Review content in various formats like text, image, audio, and video on a daily basis
  • Identify and report non-compliant content for necessary actions
  • Provide insights for enhancing policies, tools, and processes
  • Develop a robust understanding of related policies beyond the assigned one
  • Train team members on daily tasks when required by the manager
  • Execute tasks assigned by the manager to meet KPIs and performance metrics
  • Foster a positive work environment in all internal and external dealings
  • Be open to learning and contributing to a dynamic project

Important Note: This role may involve working on a 24/7 schedule with rotational shifts and reviewing online content daily, some of which might be highly distressing or sensitive, including graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Qualifications we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements / Skills:

  • Proficient in English at minimum C1 level
  • Prior experience in content moderation would be advantageous
  • High School Diploma
  • Familiarity with and adherence to content policies and guidelines provided by the customer
  • Proficiency in analyzing online videos, social media, web pages, and advertising content for compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Trust & Safety, particularly in content labeling and/or moderation
  • Objective approach to classifying and reviewing digital content based on policies
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Attentive and analytical work ethic
