Responsibilities:

  • Presentation, attraction, and sales through the dedicated hotline to present solutions, responding to requests received from potential customers, (both prequalified marketing leads, and partly 'cold'), providing clarifications about the and proactively presenting valueadded alternatives in order to close the largest possible number of deals with potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Good level of English (mandatory);
  • Previous experience in contact centre;
  • 12 years of schooling (minimum);
  • Proactivity;
  • Strong orientation towards objectives;
