We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to joining our team, focusing exclusively on our new innovative brand, Workia.

Workia is revolutionizing the global mobility space, providing scalable technology solutions for any size mobility team.

As an extension of the Equus Enterprise Sales Executive Team, this role is a unique opportunity to penetrate a fresh market with a product that has a clear upgrade path to the renowned Equus Platform.

ABOUT THE ROLE


As an Account Executive, you will be a key driver of our Workia sales growth, capitalizing on the vast potential of the global mobility market.

Your relentless pursuit of new business opportunities, exceptional sales acumen, and ability to build strong client relationships will be instrumental in achieving and surpassing sales quotas.

This is a high-visibility role where you will have the chance to make a substantial impact on our organizations' success and reap the rewards of your accomplishments.

This is a unique role that will enable you to accelerate your professional development in sales.

You will report directly to the Equus Global Head of Sales, work along-side Enterprise Sales Executives, and will have access to Equus Senior Solution Consultants, the most talented, experienced, and sought-after global mobility experts.

Capitalizing on Market Opportunities

  • Dive into the global mobility market with unwavering confidence, recognizing the vast potential and untapped opportunities.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan for Workia to aggressively penetrate the global mobility market.
  • Qualify and accelerate inbound leads, gauging prospects' needs and suggesting appropriate products or services.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
Exceeding Sales Quotas

  • Leave no stone unturned in your pursuit of new business, employing a proactive, and tenacious approach to exceed sales targets.
  • Employ a precisionlike sales methodology to identify client pain points and offer tailored mobility solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Deliver persuasive sales demos and/or presentations and compelling value propositions that clearly demonstrate the superior benefits of our solutions.
  • Lead negotiations, manage objections, and close deals with the determination to surpass quota expectations.
Sales Performance Excellence

  • Be relentless in tracking and managing your sales pipeline, ensuring its accuracy and providing accurate forecasts to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Leverage sales productivity tools, CRM software, and data analytics to drive efficiency and optimize sales performance.
  • Regularly report sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management, providing actionable insights for growth.

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in SaaS Sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to capitalize on a growing market, identifying and converting sales opportunities into tangible results.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a persuasive and influential demeanor. Proficient in English.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and persistent pursuit of sales success.
  • Ability to excel in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, sales productivity tools, and data analytics to drive sales excellence.
  • Experience with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC and/or Challenger selling preferred.
  • Experience with Global Mobility and/or HR Technology is preferred
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to engage with clients and prospects.
