Job Description:

  • Lead the weekly/biweekly Resource Management calls with the Business Unit management team and the meetings with key stakeholders
  • Owns and manages resource requests by validating requirements and affordability, searches for internal consultants available and presents them for consideration
  • Responsibility for headcount and workforce planning for internal and external employees
  • Perform business and financial analysis, providing insightful business planning and reports
  • Assists in planning and process for all assignments and extensions of resources based on capacity and demand needs
  • Assists in reviewing capacity across capability areas on an ongoing basis and proactively works to rebalance professionals who are above / below utilisation targets
  • Overviews, and promotes the correct use and update of the company and team tools by the Business Unit (Jira, Trello, Workday, repositories, etc.)
  • Supports the implementation policies and procedures for the daytoday operational and administrative management of systems
  • Maintains and ensures accuracy of data for resource capacity in workforce management tool
  • Support and follow the process of offer letters and new hire paperwork
  • Own, develop and maintain the Business Unit onboarding processes
  • The workload of our employees is your central KPI and with its control and evaluation you create an important basis for our management board
  • In addition to the KPIdriven approach, you will have an eye on the talent development of our employees and take this into account in workforce planning and setting up compatible project teams
  • In order to manage overand underutilization, you will work closely with external partners, responsible for search, purchasing, sales and administrative management
  • Always looking for ways to engage their employees and make the workplace more effective and efficient
  • Able to support the facilitation of interviews, workshops, and trainings with Business Unit stakeholders
  • Develops a deep understanding of the Business Unit technology
  • Supports the periodic reviews with our market and functional teams to identify inaccurate or legacy data and take the required actions to deactivate/eliminate/rectify to avoid financial implications
  • Supports data entry and input into our platforms to ensure data quality from the start

Qualifications:

  • A BSc or MSc in a quantitative field, such as economics, mathematics or engineering
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong Problemsolving skills.
  • Strong project management skills the ability to prioritize and successfully drive a project from plan to implementation and resulys.
  • Strategic thinker, able to work through complex, high level challenges and recommend short and long term solutions
  • Consistent track record of being a respected operational problem solver
  • Crossfunctional teamwork you will partner with a range of local and regional teams including Policy, Business Development, Legal, Product, Marketing, Central Operations, Customer Experience, Regulatory Operations and Cities to launch initiatives
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantlychanging work environment and execute quickly
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans.
  • SQL knowledge preferred and if not, must possess proven programing skills and/or an aptitude to learn quickly as this will quickly form part of your daytoday.
