For that reason, DSV has embarked on an exciting journey of digitising our business operations and building digital client propositions to stay competitive
in the digital age

You will join the Digital Office team, currently consisting of 5 dedicated
colleagues working with all aspects of digitalisation across our Digital Transformation department - including best practices, centre of excellence and team operation
.



Implement digital strategies across Global IT


As our new senior business support specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Digital Office and the digital leadership team to develop and implement digital strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
.

You will work across the department - and at times, across Global IT - on optimisation and innovation projects
.
With a good balance between recurring reporting tasks and innovative, ad hoc assignments, your workday will include:

  • Analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the department
  • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve departmental efficiency
  • Providing guidance and support to leadership team members and colleagues in the digital department
  • Producing regular reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and other relevant reports as needed
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Preparing for meetings, including creating agendas, preparing presentation materials, and distributing meeting minutes

With a sound interest in digital transformation and technology, you have a talent for deep diving into new areas and absorbing the needed knowledge along the way

Also, you have a strong
attention to detail as well as a structured mindset
.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • Have a university
    level education
  • Have a profound knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Are an adept
    communicator with great English language skills
  • Have a general knowledge of IT systems
  • Might have some experience with business development
