Become IT Operations Analyst (M/F/d) at Retarus.

REQUIREMENTS:
What you'll do
Manage migration, improvement, and implementation projects in the IT environment, ensuring successful delivery within scope, objectives, timeline, and resource allocation
Identify and assess potential risks, constraints, and dependencies associated with projects, collaborating closely with operations and support teams to develop effective solutions
Develop and promote best practices, processes, and standards to optimize IT-Operations activities and enhance overall efficiency
Facilitate meetings and activities, including joint working sessions, regular status updates, and executive steering committee meetings, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication
Provide support to department heads and facilitate coordination among different teams in the operational environment, specifically related to monitoring, tickets, and projects
Conduct training sessions to enhance process understanding and proficiency within the IT-Operations team
Act as the major incident manager in case of incidents, effectively coordinating and communicating with all involved departments in the company
Create and evaluate statistics, presentations, and reports
What you'll need
Successfully completed IT education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in the IT area (Operations or Software Development)
Proven experience in Project Management, successfully delivering projects using agile methods and tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
Knowledge of IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement
Good knowledge of
ITIL practices and frameworks
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a high sense of responsibility
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Fluency in both German (very good) and English (good), with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages
