Role Purpose:


Ensure B2B eCommerce journeys are optimized in terms of customer journeys, UI/UX; Manage and track digital projects' implementation in alignment with a wide range of teams and external suppliers; Track performance and optimize unassisted and assisted eCommerce journeys; Optimize ROI of digital marketing campaigns; Monitor results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


Main Responsabilities:

  • Manage B2B eCommerce journeys, with focus on improving UX/UI and customer journeys, optimizing conversion, and implementing new functionalities.
  • Define business requirements to develop B2B eCommerce capabilities, communicate with technical Squads and manage implementation projects, in alignment with technical teams.
  • Define communication strategy to improve digital sales conversion; coordination of the digital marketing campaigns plan for equipment and accessories.
  • Ensure the update of campaigns/promotions and commercial offer content within deadlines.
  • Track performance of B2B eCommerce journeys, identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Work closely with Go to Market teams, Product, Logistics, Brand and Digital teams in order to manage and improve eCommerce journeys;
  • Analyse and understand campaigns results and channel performance, following the main KPI's;
  • Ensure that branding guidelines and UX best practices are followed.
  • Build executive documents and presentations to support proposed initiatives and projects;
  • Coordinate the work of backoffice operations' team members and interns, when applicable.

Ideal Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Management, Marketing, Marketing Management, Economics or similar;
  • Strong problemsolving skills with an emphasis on business development;
  • Focus on goals and deadlines planning;
  • Analytical capabilities with a strong desire to deliver and develop;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • PMO and implementation of projects endtoend (from insights and data analysis, presentation of the solution to stakeholders and implementation of the solution);
  • Understand customer journeys and Digital Marketing strategies;
  • UX and UI principles understanding;
  • Agile methodologies understanding is a plus;
  • Understanding of industry trends, market and customer dynamics and contribute to digital business strategy;
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams;
  • Good Office skills;
  • Familiarity with digital tools (eg: Adobe Analytics);
  • Portuguese/English language proficiency.
