Ta mission : En collaboration avec les équipes du Customer Success, Sales, Product, Tech, ta mission sera de porter la satisfaction et la relation client.
Tu seras ainsi en charge de : - Suivre les demandes des clients depuis le chat en ligne
- Qualifier et prioriser les demandes afin qu'elles soient traitées le plus efficacement et rapidement possible (30 à 50 sollicitations par jour)
- Accompagner et former les différents utilisateurs
- Assurer une circulation fluide de l'information avec le reste de l'équipe CS
- Gérer quotidiennement la relation avec les utilisateurs afin de transformer nos clients en véritables ambassadeurs et limiter le churn
- Participer à l'amélioration de nos process et organisations
- Enrichir nos contenus pour aider les utilisateurs (FAQ)
- Participer à l'amélioration du produit en collaboration avec les équipes Tech et Product
- Participer à la croissance organique chez nos clients en qualifiant des ventes complémentaires via les demandes sur le chat en ligne
- À terme, contribuer à la formation des nouveaux arrivants au métier de Customer Care Manager en devant leur coach
Ce qui fait la beauté de notre métier : la diversité des problématiques rencontrées et de nos interlocuteurs. En effet, du prospect à l'utilisateur confirmé de la plateforme, nous répondons et accompagnons chaque client quel que soit son besoin (problématique technique, accompagnement sur l'utilisation d'Agicap, conseils, ...).
Le poste pourra par ailleurs donner lieu à terme à de nombreuses opportunités d'évolution au sein d'Agicap et constitue ainsi une excellente porte d'entrée vers le monde des FinTech en forte croissance.
