Job Title: Manager, New Equipment Field Operations

Role Overview: Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated leader for New Equipment Field Operations to boost productivity and project performance.

  • The Field Operations Manager will oversee new equipment projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective business management in the Greater Little Rock area.

On a regular day, you will:

  • Direct, supervise, and lead field operations for new equipment installations
  • Supervise construction mechanics and installation teams
  • Ensure financial targets are met
  • Conduct field safety audits and inspections
  • Coordinate material deliveries and purchase orders
  • Develop professional relationships with various parties
  • Forecast labor resources and project schedules
  • Assist in developing contingencies for estimates
  • Administrate contract writing and construction processes

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivation and project management abilities
  • Previous elevator industry experience preferred
  • Leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
