We are seeking a Digital Sales Effectiveness Activation Project Manager to assist in activating the Programmatic Sales Process of GVSE (Global Virtual Sales & Engineering). In this crucial GVSE role, you will lead continuous adoption efforts of sales technology to fuel growth within the global virtual sales and engineering team. Your main focus is to lead change management efforts, offer consistent support to teams in EMEA, and occasionally in AME R. You will collaborate with sales leaders to demonstrate the value of sales technology, organize simple demos and walkthroughs for groups, and one-to-one sessions. Additionally, you will work with champions to share success stories and best practices, providing feedback to the global team for ongoing improvement efforts. Proactively identifying issues and offering solutions to stakeholders, while reporting progress. You will listen to seller feedback, always seeking ways to enhance our technologies and boost adoption rates. Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones to align business priorities with digital sales technology. Optimizing our technology strategy with a focus on training, communication, enablement, and support requests. Primary Responsibilities
  • Global SME focusing on programmatic sales technology.
  • Regular collaboration with sales leaders to advise on adoption metrics and best practices.
  • Monitor the impact of programmatic sales adoption on account penetration, goal achievement, and growth while communicating it regularly.
  • Deliver training and succinctly communicate the value of change.
  • Proactively identify issues and opportunities where technology can accelerate sales performance.
  • Handle support issues and requests related to technology platforms by providing individual seller support.

Communicate regional feedback to the DSE team to ensure input is utilized to enhance the technology roadmap.

You will play a key role within the GVSE Digital Sales Effectiveness Team, a highly impactful and respected team dedicated to accelerating GVSE's programmatic sales evolution and adoption worldwide for our sellers. Who You Are
  • Typically requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Experience in modern digital selling processes, MEDDPICC, sales process enhancements, and sales operations/enablement management is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and establish strong relationships
  • Passionate about continuous learning, able to build positive relationships with global stakeholders, and quickly understand business requirements.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality results.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and highly organized individual who can determine the best approach to complete work efficiently.

Experience with sales technology such as Outreach, Salesloft, SFDC, LISN, ZoomInfo is a bonus but not required. These figures reflect the anticipated salary range for new full-time hires in U.S. and/or Canada. Base salaries are shown for non-sales roles, with additional bonuses for other positions.
