What you'll be responsible for in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle inbound phone calls
  • Evaluate and address customers' requirements to ensure satisfaction
  • Cultivate enduring relationships and trust with customers through transparent and interactive communication
  • Deliver precise, reliable, and comprehensive information utilizing appropriate tools
  • Adhere to clients' communication procedures and standards
  • Go the extra mile to connect with customers
  • Our Agents should possess a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers, be patient, empathetic, and adept at communication. They should recognize the importance of effective communication skills
