We are bringing a
Technical Support Advisor on board to support us in maintaining our business quality standards and achieving high-level production performance.


What you will be doing at Webhelp

As a
Customer Support Advisor, you will:

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

We'll be a great match if you:

  • Have high level of
    Italian:
  • Fluent in English (B2)
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to operate in high pressure situations
