Essential responsibilities and duties
The IT Sales Business Analyst will perform the analysis, design, deployment and support of the IT tools for the Sales community, and become the Product Owner of the solutions in his/her scope.
At the beginning the focus of this position will be on a tailor-made solution for the management of sales prices (_GoPrice_).
In the long-term we offer the possibility to work too with C4C, SAP SD and/or other tailer-made solutions.Main Missions and Results
- Analyze and discuss business requirements with KUs, occasionally challenging them in case they are not clear or do not follow our corporate core procedures
- Design the IT solution, translate the requirements into use cases and accurante functional specifications for the developers, competence centers or external editors
- Plan and follow up the calendar for each project
- Test the developments and guide the KUs in their own tests
- Support the usage of the solutions and the resolution of incidents
- Deliver the required documentation and maintain it updated
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Engineering or Business School
- Very good level of English compulsory (spoken & written)
- A third language is a plus
Experience, skills and knowhow
- Experience in automotive industry and knowledge of the sales activities in this business
- Experience in IT solutions such as Tagetik, SAP, BI, C4C
- Openminded and ability to understand and synthesize the business requirements
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach
- Leadership capabilities to interact with a broad range of people and roles
- Solid written and oral communication skills as well as listening and interpersonal skills
- This position requires travelling occasionally
