IT Corporate Functions aims to build a bridge between the business and IT, enhancing communication and allowing the business departments to move initiatives and automate manual workloads faster while following the IT protocols and controls.

The Junior IT Project Manager will plan, manage and report on progress of IT projects.

They will work closely with senior project manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure projects follow the proper lifecycle and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key accountabilities Ensure the delivery of the allocated portfolio of projects on time and within budgetCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are considered and all the right stakeholders are involved, informed and with adequate engagementMonitor project progress, track action items and milestones, providing regular status reports to stakeholders, escalating timely when requiredEnsure that project are tracked and updated in the relevant project management tools, and deviations are properly communicatedYour profile Proven experience in a project management role, preferably in an high challenge, complex, multi-project technology environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
