We are looking for an Amazing:
Project Manager
Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)
Type of position: Hybrid from Oporto. Candidates must be in Portugal already
The amazing you, will have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
Fluency in English;
Acting as a trustful business partner to guarantee the understanding of the internal customer's needs and achievement of its business goals;
Establishing the bridge between various stakeholders and technical teams;
Solving dependencies, connecting, and gathering progress updates from each workstream;
Understanding priorities and managing efforts and resources for those initiatives;
Documentation Management;
Documenting and risk issues to support Project Manager;
Establishing, defining, and managing program control processes such as Documentation;
Ensuring commitment and expectations alignment;
Participating and contributing to other company-wide initiatives;
Working with other team members to achieve great performance;
Ensuring that your code meets quality standards and doesn't compromise security;
Challenging feature requirements if you think there is no value added by them;
Motivating and developing the people on your team;
Participating and contributing to other company-wide initiatives;
Based in Porto;
CPLP nationality or EU work permit required.
