In 2018, Norfin was acquired by Arrow Global, a pan-European alternative asset manager focusing on credit and real estate, with over €5.3bn of funds under management.

Arrow Global was incorporated in 2005 and has recently been acquired by TDR Capital, a European private equity firm.

Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Analyst /Senior Analyst

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Contribute to the dynamic team overseeing the development of hospitality and residential projects within a prestigious golf and tourist resort in Lagos, Algarve;
  • Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to ensure the comprehensive achievement of project requirements and goals;
  • Work closely with architects and engineers, providing expert technical guidance and support throughout the design, construction, and postsales phases;
  • Support the organization of tenders related to project activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards;
  • Manage licensing processes meticulously, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Assist in the preparation of insightful performance reports, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive informed decisionmaking;
  • Foster robust and collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration;
  • Actively engage in the management of all project stages, demonstrating a commitment to strict adherence to deadlines, priorities, and providing prompt responses to urgent situations.
Role Requirements

  • Master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
years of experience;

  • Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture.
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel;
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
